When user attempts to add a new goal (a unique title that's never been used before), it should allow them to "Join" that goal.

When a new goal is added via the app, it automatically adds the new goal to my Dashboard and I do not need to "Join".

When I create a new goal on the web version, the "Join" button does not appear, so I am unable to join.

I want to be able to Join (or act like the app where the goal is automatically placed in my Dashboard).
